Applies to all orders placed through this site
Orders
Placing an order through checkout creates a request to purchase. The order is confirmed once we have verified availability and received payment through the secure link we send. If an object becomes unavailable, we will cancel the request and tell you promptly.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or local taxes payable on arrival. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is handled by our payment provider; this site never stores card details. An order is not dispatched until payment has cleared.
Editions and availability
Objects are produced in small numbered editions. Once an edition closes it is not restocked. Natural variation in the behaviour of ferrofluid is a property of the material, not a defect.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, films and text on this site belong to the studio. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the collection grows. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
