What we collect

• Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout: name, email, telephone, address.
• The contents of messages you send through the contact form.
• Order contents, totals and status, retained so we can service your object.
• Basic technical data required to serve the site securely.

How we use it

To reserve and deliver your order, to send order and payment correspondence, to answer your messages, and to honour warranty and returns obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use your information for advertising profiles.

Payment

This website does not process card details. Payment is completed through a secure link provided by our payment provider, and card data is handled entirely by that provider. We never see or store your card number.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the courier delivering your parcel and with our payment provider. Where required by law, we may disclose information to the relevant authorities.

Retention

Order records are retained for as long as needed to support warranty and accounting obligations. Messages are retained for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your details once an order is complete and no obligation to retain them applies.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the details we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete them by writing through the contact page. We will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

The site uses only what is required to keep a shopping bag between visits and to serve pages securely. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by the studio.
