Delivery

Insured worldwide delivery is complimentary on every order. Objects are dispatched three to five business days after payment clears, each one assembled, tuned and numbered in the studio first. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier collects your parcel.

Deliveries are made by tracked courier and require a signature. Please provide a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours.

Duties and taxes

Orders ship from the studio. Import duties, VAT and local handling fees, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift.

Returns

• Unopened objects may be returned within fourteen days of delivery.
• Write to the studio before sending anything back, so we can issue return instructions.
• Return shipping is arranged by the buyer unless the object arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Numbered editions and bespoke commissions are final sale.

Damage in transit

Photograph the packaging and the object before opening anything further, then contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery. We replace confirmed transit damage at no cost, subject to the carrier’s claim process.

Warranty

Every instrument carries a twelve-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronics, assembly and the sealed ferrofluid chamber. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or opening the sealed chamber.
